Processing Your Package
Processing usually takes 1 – 3 business days (we do not process orders during weekends or holidays). If your online order status is “Unfulfilled,” this means we’ve received the order and are packing it, but have not yet shipped it out.
When planning your delivery, please note the following:
- Orders received before NOON PST between Monday and Friday will be entered into the processing queue and will ship within 2 - 3 business days.
- Orders placed after NOON PST between Monday and Friday will be entered into the processing queue the following business day and will ship within 2 - 3 business days.
- Orders placed on a Friday, weekend, or holiday will be entered into the processing queue the next business day.
Domestic Shipping Methods
U.S. bound GIGI C packages are shipped via USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We offer free ground shipping, 5 - 7 days. Priority, 2 - 3 days for $18.00 and Express, 1 - 2 days for $35.00. Please add an additional 1-3 business days to allow for processing. Shipping does not include insurance.
GIGI C ships to most countries outside of the United States. At checkout you are able to click on “international shipping,” and select your ship-to country. All international orders are shipped at rates depending on the ship-to country. Please note, all international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. We are not able to include duties or tax fees to any order, and it is the responsibility of the customer. GIGI C cannot reimburse customers in any capacity, and is not liable for reimbursing or refunding customers for these fees.
Please note that GIGI C is not able to process orders on Saturday, Sunday, nor on the following observed holidays:
- New Year’s Eve
- New Year's Day
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- July 5th - Day following Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Day after Thanksgiving
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Our pricing is subject to change without notice. Please note that we do not offer a price adjustment policy nor do we match pricing. We are not able to include duty or tax fees for international orders; these fees are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card, iPay, Paypal and Discover. We are regretfully unable to accept personal checks, money orders, direct bank deposits.
