Fabric Descriptions

Silky Scuba:
This is GIGI C's novelty fabric. Our signature silky thin scuba is featured in every season! Forming angles and curves as its worn, the fabric molds perfectly to any body, while radiating a beautiful sheen in the sunshine. The silky thin scuba is also used as a swimwear print base. GIGI C's signature Cutout designs on the silky scuba, features laser cut technology, which eliminates rough edges and ensures ultimate comfort.

Faux Leather Scuba:
Soft to the touch and durable, our faux leather scuba adds a fresh take on swimwear and is fully lined for comfort. By adding our signature laser-cut paneling, these suits will keep you looking chic while being functional whether you’re wakeboarding or just lounging by the pool.

Bonded Jersey:
Our tried-and-true Italian fabrication is used on our bestselling sport styles. Our bonded jersey also features our signature Cutout designs on the silky scuba and laser cut technology, which eliminates rough edges and ensures ultimate comfort. This compact knit is a perfect way to work out while making it look easy! Super durable and water repellent, you can’t go wrong in a GIGI C Bonded Jersey active style.  

Snakeskin Jacquard:
This Brazilian fabric quality with its distinct 3-D snakeskin texture is a GIGI C standout! Its textured face keeps you stylish, while the soft backing and smooth interior ensures your comfort. Developed for both swim and sport, our snakeskin jacquard is as versatile as it is stunning. 

Cashmere:
At first glance and first touch, our blended recycled cashmere garments are the perfect weight and softness. When typical cashmere fibers are collected, they're cleaned before separating the long fibers from the shorter ones. Instead of throwing away these unused fibers, our mill saves these and they become recycled cashmere! This state-of-the-art mill that produces these yarns from happy animals who are kept safe in grazing pastures. The pants in this group are plaited w/ BCI Cotton (for added coverage) which is not only high grade cotton, but it's also sustainably grown without pesticides and toxic chemicals and uses a conscious amount of water as well. You can feel good in these pieces knowing they're just as good for the planet as they are on you!

Fleece:
Our fleece is a favorite around our office for its super luxe hand feel and lightweight warmth. It has a clean face w/ a brushed back that will keep you warm and ready for a cozy night in without feeling too heavy while being worn. We added our embroidered logo just so you remember where to buy a set for your bestie!
